Assim que cozido, passa-se o camarão por água bem fria. &lt;br /&gt;Corta-se o pão em fatias finas, colocando numa malga onde devemos juntar duas conchas de água quente e uma de água que cozeu o camarão.&lt;br /&gt;Num tacho, de preferência de barro, junte o alho cortado, o louro e o azeite, deixando refogar lentamente. Verifique se o pão já absorveu toda a água e verta-o sobre o refogado. Mexa até o pão ficar em papa. Rectifique os temperos. Desligue o lume e envolva bem neste preparado dois ovos. Bata as claras em castelo, bem firme. Envolva-as ao preparado do leite condensado, muito delicadamente. O pano ajudará a enrolar a torta. float: left; height: 140px; margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; width: 200px;" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;200g de chocolate culinária;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 colheres de sopa de margarina;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 ovo + 1 gema;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;180g de açúcar;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;150g de bolacha Maria;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Derreta em banho maria o chocolate com a manteiga.&lt;br /&gt;Bata o ovo e a gema com o açúcar e quando o chocolate tiver derretido, verta-o sobre o creme de ovos.&lt;br /&gt;Coloque a bolacha maria e envolva até estar totalmente coberta de chocolate.&lt;br /&gt;Verta o preparado para uma folha de papel vegetal previamente untado com margarina e dê-lhe a forma que desejar. Pode também usar uma forma de preferir.&lt;br /&gt;Leve ao frio para repousar e endurecer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ultimamente tenho feito "bastantes" salames de chocolate, até porque descobri ser uma das poucas receitas que posso fazer aqui na residência sem grandes problemas.... apenas um: Acaba muito rápido!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Também é fácil fazer, apenas custa Junte depois as gemas e o leite e bata muito bem. Misture alternadamente a farinha (previamente peneirada com o fermento) com as claras batidas em castelo bem firme. Ligue com cuidado mexendo de baixo para cima para que o bolo não "talhe". Deixe arrefecer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cobertura:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 lata de leite condensado;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 chavena de chocolate em pó;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 colheres de sopa de manteiga;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Natas para bater e açúcar, ou Chantilly &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;whipped topping mix&lt;/span&gt; da Royal;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Leve ao lume o leite, o chocolate e a manteiga. float: right; margin: 0pt 0pt 10px 10px;" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Principalmente quando há festas com miúdos, por vezes é uma chatisse estar sempre a servi-los de gelatina, mousse de chocolate, etc, e para além do mais, é um perigo dar-lhes taças de vidro pois com as brincadeiras há sempre o risco de cairem, partirem as taças e cortarem-se.&lt;br /&gt;Um dia fui a uma festa dessas e para meu espanto a gelatina e a mousse eram colocadas em copos de plástico, por isso surgiu-me a ideia de fazer esta brincadeiras mas com copos de plástico transparentes. Esta receita foi feita com o esparguete largo, mas existe um com folhos, existem búzios, macarrão! Coloque numa frigideira com um fio de azeite e leve ao lume com a cebola e o alho. Quando alourar junte o tomate e depois a carne, a pimenta, o louro, vinho e o sal.&lt;br /&gt;Mexa com a colher de pau frequentemente até a carne ganhar cor.&lt;br /&gt;Escorra a massa, passe-a por agua fria e depois coloque a carne por cima.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*Dica: para quem tem medo de errar nos temperos, há algo que nunca falha.&lt;br /&gt;Para  a receita acima, basta retirar o sal, a pimenta, o vinho e o louro, e em vez disso coloca-se um cubo de caldo knor de carne e 5 colheres de água. Entende-se por morna a temperatura que ao pormos a mao, nao se sinta muito quente, pois se a agua estiver muito quente vai cortar o efeito ao fermento, e se por outro lado a agua for muito fria, o pão poderá levar muito tempo a levedar.&lt;br /&gt;verta o fermento na tal cova da farinha, coloque mais agua na chavena e repita o processo com o sal.&lt;br /&gt;Coloque a restante agua e amasse, ou com a batedeira, ou o mais tradicional, à mão.&lt;br /&gt;Apesar de alguma tentação, amasse apenas com uma mão e geralmente amassa-se das bordas para o centro de forma a envolver toda a massa. A massa não deve ser batida!&lt;br /&gt;A mão limpa (geralmente a esquerda) deve estar intacta pois por vezes é necessário mais farinha ou mais agua consoante a densidade que se pretende da massa.&lt;br /&gt;Por fim, coloca-se farinha ma mão suja e raspa-se com a outra mão ate a massa sair (e isto para cima do recipiente da massa). se necessário, polvilhe mais a massa e faça uma cruz com a lateral da mão.&lt;br /&gt;cubra com um pano e um cobertor para levedar.&lt;br /&gt;*truque: se tem um forno de controlo de temperatura, ligue-o a 30º e coloque apenas o recipiente. em 20/30min a massa estará leveda. Caso contrario demorará cerca de uma hora. sabe-se que está leveda quando a farinha que estava por cima some e quando terá atingido a altura quase até ao topo do recipiente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Depois disto se se pretende pão: num prato povilhado com farinha coloque a massa com o tamanho do pão desejado, povilhe e rode no prato. coloque no forno bem quente (cerca 180º) e por 30min estará cozido.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;se pretende pizza: numa banca polvilhada com farinha coloque a massa e com o rolo passe sobre a massa dando a forma e a espessura que preferir nas pizzas.
